Dr. Sciabbarrasi's Recommendations for H1N1 / SWINE FLU

The flu outbreak has many peopled scared and uncertain. We are faced with a pandemic which means there is a high likelihood of a global spread of this infection.
It appears that the Swine Flu may be a more dangerous strain of the flu for susceptible individuals. It does not mean a lot of people will become seriously ill.

What it does mean is that a lot of people may catch the flu. My goal is to optimize your likelihood that if you catch the flu, it will be a short and uneventful illness.

Our role – all of us – is to act with clarity and calmness. We should follow clear guidelines to prevent and if ill, to treat the flu. These guidelines are given below.

Remember your basics:
  • Wash hands regularly
• Get good sleep
• Continue daily routines
• Stay active
• Watch your stress
• Drink plenty of water
• Eat healthfully – avoid sugar!
• Avoid those who are ill

I have found the supplements listed in the protocols available below to be invaluable over the years. These formulas are designed to support your health and your healthy recovery from this flu."  Make sure to also read the sections following this for additional practical advice.

Individuals with any of the conditions listed below should take Relenza or Tamiflu at the first sign of flu symptoms. The supplements should be taken in addition to this. The specific guidelines for these medications will depend on whether one has been exposed or is actually ill.
